- STPM
- Pass with a minimum Grade B in the following 5 subjects;
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics); AND
- Any other 1 subject

Foundation in Science (Medicine/Pharmacy) is a Foundation programme at Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS), lasting 1 year. It is offered by the Faculty of Medicine. Classes are taught in English.
