- Pass with a minimum of 5 credits in the following subjects:
- Science
- Mathematics
- 3 other subjects; AND
- Pass English and Bahasa Malaysia

Foundation in Allied Science is a Foundation programme at Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS), lasting 1 year. It is offered by the Faculty of Medical Assistant Studies. Classes are taught in English.
